You're covered two ways
Two guarantees, not one
Read your report. If it isn't the clearest picture of your NCAA eligibility you've had, get a full refund within 14 days. No questions asked, and you keep the report. You don't have to justify it and you don't have to return anything. Read the report, and if it wasn't worth it to you, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund your $199 AUD in full.
If we get your conversion wrong, you get your money back. Even outside the 14 days, if we make a calculation or classification error against the NCAA's published methodology for your state, you get your money back. The specifics are below.
What the accuracy guarantee covers
The accuracy guarantee is about the accuracy of the work, not the outcome. Specifically:
If we make a calculation error in converting your Australian grades to the NCAA 4.0 scale, against the conversion table the NCAA Eligibility Center publishes for your state, we'll refund your fee in full.
If we misclassify a subject as core or non-core, against the NCAA Eligibility Center's published international guidelines for Australia, we'll refund your fee in full.
If our division-eligibility verdict (D1, D2, NAIA) is wrong because we got the rule application wrong, we'll refund your fee in full.
What this guarantee does not cover
The guarantee is about our work. It is not about your circumstances or about how the NCAA Eligibility Center ultimately certifies you.
If our analysis correctly tells you that your current grades do not meet a division's minimum, that's the outcome of the work, not an error in it. The fee is for the analysis, not for clearing eligibility.
The NCAA Eligibility Center reviews international transcripts on a case-by-case basis and may apply judgement calls we cannot predict. If the Center's certified GPA differs from ours because of a judgement call (rather than a calculation error in our work), the guarantee does not apply.
Our analysis is based on the transcripts and information you upload. If your report is wrong because something material was missing from what you provided (a year of grades, a different curriculum, an updated transcript), the guarantee does not apply. We'll always do a re-analysis with the full picture for free.
How to claim
Email us within 14 days of receiving your report and ask for a refund. You don't need to give a reason. We'll refund the $199 AUD fee in full, and you keep the report.
If you believe your report contains a calculation error covered by the accuracy guarantee, email us within 30 days of receiving your report. Send the report along with the specific item you believe is incorrect, and the NCAA International Guide section or other published source you're relying on. We'll review within five business days. If the claim stands, we'll refund the $199 AUD fee in full.
