1. Pick your subjects

Add any subjects you've already done. Then plan the years ahead. Both completed and planned subjects count the same.

2. See progress live

The sidebar tracks your core-course count per category (English, Maths, Science, Social Science, Additional) against the NCAA D1 rules.

3. Get clear next steps

The recommendations panel flags non-approved subjects (HHD, PE, Foundations of Maths, Commerce) and tells you exactly what to take next.

The rules this planner applies

  • 16 core-course years total - the foundation requirement for NCAA Division I and Division II eligibility.
  • Distribution (Division I): 4 years English, 3 Maths (Algebra 1+), 2 Science (1 lab), 1 extra English/Maths/Science, 2 Social Science, 4 Additional Core (any of the above plus LOTE).
  • 10/7 rule (Division I only): 10 of your 16 core years must be locked in before Year 12, and 7 of those 10 must be in English, Maths or Science.
  • Victorian-specific exclusions: Health and Human Development, Physical Education, Foundations of Maths, and Commerce are explicitly not on the NCAA's approved Victoria list. The planner flags these instantly.
  • Source: NCAA Eligibility Center country guide for Victoria (August 2025 revision).

This is a planning tool, not an official eligibility ruling. Final certification is done by the NCAA Eligibility Center based on your actual school reports.
